Proposed Solution
Three-station testing equipment for component validation.
PLC-based software for equipment management, service diagnostics, and control of subsystems. Equipped with a touchscreen display, it records and stores test results for each individual part, including serial number tracking, recipe management and recall with associated parameters, and separation of good parts and rejects. At the end of the testing cycle, a Data Matrix label is printed for each part.
