Proposed Solution

Multiple operations integrated into a single machine: cutting with cutter and single blade (optional trimming with dual blades and adjustable center distance), drilling, threading, punching, and milling. Cutting and/or machining operations are performed in motion and synchronized with the material, enabling processing of extruded profiles on the fly without stopping the line.
