DRILL 552/4100 is a drilling machine designed for the production of batches of perforated wooden and/or composite profiles.
The unit is part of an automated production line for perforated acoustic slats, where operator involvement is limited to loading raw panel pallets and unloading the finished product, already stacked and palletized.

The production line cycle includes the following steps:

1) Panel pick-up from pallet 

2) Feeding of panels into the drilling machine

3) Drilling and chip extraction

4) Unloading of perforated panels

5) Transfer of panels to the edge-banding machine

6) Panel flipping

7) Sanding of hole edges

8) Brushing of panel edges

9) Four-side panel cleaning

10) Panel palletizing
