Proposed Solution

Perfo 15 is a high-speed laser drilling center for processing decorative acoustic wood and composite tops.
The unit is composed of 4 laser sources with galvanometric heads for beam aiming and precise pulse control: performance of 400 holes/sec per source for small-diameter, fine-detailed drilling and pulse engraving.
A high-rigidity frame and a variety of correction systems allow rigorous precision for miniaturization and path density. Ability to load DXF files with area delimitations and the type of drilling grid.
The drilling machine is equipped with PLC/CNC controllers to which the brushless motor drives that move the axes are connected via a digital bus.
The drilling system offers a suite of applications with specific specifications:

• supervision suite
• importazione file DXF
• batch file splitting
• laser drilling parameter management
• recipe management
• management of alarms and alerts via SMS.
