Proposed Solution

Both loading and unloading stations are equipped with a KUKA KR16 robot, featuring a maximum reach of 1610 mm and a wrist payload capacity of 16 kg.
The line is supplied via mobile trolleys positioned by the operator in infeed bays with an automatic centering system.
Each trolley has 27 levels, carrying one panel per level; each panel holds 2 trays, for a total of 54 trays. When fully loaded, the trolley has an approximate total weight of 300 kg.
